PRINTING HELP
Print a PDF:
- Install Adobe Reader, if it’s not installed already, and open it.
- Make sure you are using the default printer set in your computer.
- (Optional) Click Properties to open the Printer properties. For more information, see your printer documentation.
- Before printing your coupons, check that the “Enable Acrobat JavaScript” option is selected in the Adobe Reader settings:
- When printing your coupons, a .fdf file will be downloaded into your computer, make sure you open it with Adobe Reader.
- If you are using Firefox:
- If you are using Google Chrome:
- If you are using Internet Explorer:
- Open the .fdf file with Adobe Reader, and click “yes”
- Print coupons and enjoy your savings!
If you’re having trouble with printing, here are a few reasons why:
- Unsupported browser or browser version.
- Adobe Reader is not installed on the computer.
- If you already have Adobe Reader, make sure you are opening your coupons with Adobe Reader and not with a different program.
- Make sure you have selected “Enable Acrobat Javascript” in the Adobe Reader settings.
- If you do have Adobe Reader and have enabled Javascript, then follow these steps:
- Ensure that the cable that connects your printer to your computer is securely plugged in.
- If your printer is plugged into a USB hub, unplug the printer cable from the hub. Then, plug the printer cable directly into a USB port on your computer.
- Turn off your printer. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn it on again.
- Try to print your coupons again.

What is Adobe Reader?
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC software is the free, trusted standard for viewing, printing, signing, and annotating PDFs. It's the only PDF viewer that can open and interact with all types of PDF content – including forms and multimedia. It’s connected to Adobe Document Cloud – so you can work with PDFs on computers and mobile devices.
Why do I need to install Adobe?
Adobe allows us to print to your default printer. It helps us secure things and is a handy platform for making sure things work on every computers regardless of operating system or browser.
How long does it take to print?
Factors such as computer memory, Internet connection speed and printer type all affect how long it takes for the coupon(s) to start printing. Printing should begin within 60 to 90 seconds. You can verify that the data is spooling to your printer by viewing the status of your print queue.
